Rent for all SMNC properties is due on the first of each month and is considered late after the fifth of each month. Failure to submit payment in a timely manner may lead to additional fees.

SMNC asks that tenants submit payment via check, money order or via credit/debit card through AppFolio, fees may apply. SMNC does not accept cash as a form of payment.

3) Stop by the SMNC office at 103-107 E. Kennedy Street, Ste. 106 (rear entrance).
